Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade blown glass art from Will Mayer Glass. Each piece is individually made to order with care and attention. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Because all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or aesthetic preferences.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at willmayerglass@gmail.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is complete.

If damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the item and availability. Shipping costs associated with approved damage claims will be covered by us.

We are not responsible for damage reported after the 48-hour window, as well as damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

If your package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the policy requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
