Thank you for supporting handmade blown glass art. Each piece is carefully crafted and packaged with attention to detail. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Because our items are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-12 business business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Each glass piece is securely packaged using protective materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. While we take great care in packing, glass is inherently fragile.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Do not discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our studio, but we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
