Welcome to the Will Mayer Glass website (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, or by making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

All items sold on this Site are handmade blown glass artworks created by Will Mayer Glass. Each piece is unique. No two pieces are exactly alike, and slight variations in color, shape, size, and detail are inherent to the handmade process. Because each piece is individually made by hand, natural variations in color, shape, size, and detail are to be expected and are considered part of the character of the work. These variations do not constitute defects.

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

All items are made to order and typically ship within 10-12 business days, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and damage claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Glass artwork is inherently fragile. Will Mayer Glass is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are handled and displayed safely.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, photographs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Will Mayer Glass and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will Mayer Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase or use of any products sold through the Site.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Will Mayer Glass operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, with the updated date noted above.
